Job Description
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR operations and
administration. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of implementing effective HR
policies and procedures to support our organizational objectives across all countries and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Manager is responsible for the following aspects:

1. Lead and supervise the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant regulations.
2. Develop, implement, and optimize HR processes and procedures to enhance overall effectiveness.
3. Oversee HR administrative functions, including record-keeping, payroll, documentation, and HRMS
management (HROne).
4. Streamline administrative processes to improve accuracy and reduce turnaround time.
5. Stay current with labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are in compliance.
6. Develop, update, and communicate HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.
7. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure efficient and effective talent acquisition processes.
8. Implement and execute onboarding programs that facilitate seamless integration of new employees.
9. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
10. Support career development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Qualification/Knowledge/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and HR
certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Strong Analytical Skills
