Sampling is very important to ensure that analytical data is reliable and to draw representative
sample for analyzing, intended to show the nature and quality of the whole product. Sample is
normally drown to cheek the safety and quality standards of the product. Proper sample size,
suitable containers for sampling or use of appropriate material before analysis is very important.
A sampling plan is detailed outline of which measurements will be taken at what time, on which
material, in what manner, and by whom.
