Purpose of Education:

Students are familiarized with the basic competence needed for conductive daily routine and
conductive teamwork and through this course they get better self- knowledge, furthermore it
assists in self- image development and the foundation of the related competence.

Students get to know and identify their future career image, and the specifics of the conductive
role and the activity, have support in the process to develop conductor identity.

The course supports the students to identify and explore the differences between their career
orientation motifs and real expectations about working.
Subject’s Content:

● Career choices and motifs exploration and identification

● Self-image,self-knowledge, pedagogue image, cooperation, teamwork , group learning

● Development of pedagogical communication and cooperation techniques and


competences, base of participation in teamwork

● Pedagogue image (role, activity, sample, compatibility)

● Conductor identity (conductor image, career image, role features, diversive role
expectations,competence detection,mode of action)

Through the course students need to accomplish teamtasks( e.g.creating metaphors,mind maps).
At the end of the course ,according to specific criteria, everyone has to write an individual,
comprehensive essay about the first half year of the programme and about their experiences of
the course.
