Subject: - Complaint regarding shortage of supplied goods.

Mr. Harjit Singh,

On behalf of Tata Merchants, I would like bring to your notice regarding the recent
inconvenience caused to us by your company as per the above mentioned subject.
My name is Akshay Patil and I am the Head of quality assurance.
Recently, we made a purchase through your establishment which was not only
delivered late but we also found that the goods were supplied in short. We had
placed an order for 50 bags of wheat and 70 bags of rice from which 30 rice bags
and 15 wheat bags were not to be found. Also the quality of the products received
were not up to the mark. The rice had a peculiar smell and some wheat bags had
small pieces of rock present in them. This was not the first time of our association
as from the past 6 months we have purchased products from you and every time
you have supplied us with good quality products.

As a reputed organization, it is our motto and responsibility to provide the

customers with superior quality goods and I believe you will agree too with us on
this matter. Everyone is prone to make mistakes and hence all I ask of you is that
you reimburse us for our missing goods and look into this matter as soon as
possible and find out what happened to the missing bags of rice and wheat and
update us.
