Subject: - Order for stationary items

Ms. Rekha Matthews,

This is with reference to the conversation I had with you yesterday, i.e. on the 11th of
March regarding my requirement for stationary items. I have received a quotation for
the same. I am pleased to inform you that the quotation received by me was within my
budget and I would like to place an order.

As I mentioned to you, we have recently shifted our office which was previously located
in Andheri to a new location. As we will be having a new setup with many new
departments we will require more stationaries.
I have attached below a list of the required products :
