CONFERENCE COMMITTEE REPORT

The Conference Committee on the disagreeing provisions of Senate Bill No.

2221, entitled:

“AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE MAGNA CARTA OF FILIPINO SEAFARERS”

and House Bill No. 7325, entitled:

“AN ACT
INSTITUTING THE MAGNA CARTA OF FILIPINO SEAFARERS”

after having met and discussed the subject matter in full and free conference, agreed
and hereby recommend to their respective Houses that Senate Bill No. 2221, in
consolidation with House Bill No. 7325, be approved in accordance with the attached
copy of the bill as reconciled and approved by the conferees.
