BACKGROUND OF STUDY

The Vetirinary wants to improve improve its operation and how it cares
for its patient. In today’s generation, veterinary clinics are essential for
providing healthcare services to pets and animals. Many clinics still rely
on using pen and papers that can lead to mistakes and make it hard for
clinic to give timely and effective care to their patient.
This system will help manage patients records, appointments, inventory,
and communication with clients. This will help the clinic run more
smoothly and ensue that the patients receive the care they need when
they need it.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

1. The Inventory is manually recorded.
2. Forms are manually filled out by clients.
3. Complicated appointment request process for the clients.
4. Poor communication with clients hindering updates.
