of the product. The regulatory compliance staff adheres to the regulation’s standards and rules. The production
staff is responsible for manufacturing as well as sustaining quality control procedures to satisfy and
maintain product integrity. While the marketing and distribution team controls channels and effectively distributes
the products to reach the target markets. Lastly, the customer service representative and operation staff is
someone who handles inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers.
