 How to use
Head to the settings tab and double-click to amend staff names. This will automatically update
across the rota, and allow each staff member to be picked from the drop-down.

Head to the settings tab and double-click to amend the hourly rates. This will automatically
update across the rota. It'll also update the forecasted costs.

On the Rota tab, double-click the green or red numbers under the Budget heading to edit. This
will then automatically indicate whether you are forecast to be under or over budget once the
rota is filled in.

The forecast will automatically update once the rota is filled, this will then indicate if you are
under or over budget by colour.

To amends the dates, double-click the date next to week beginning and then pick a date for the
week's date range to begin from.

Double-click the boxes below the Role drop-downs to select a time range.

Click the pill-shaped drop-down within the rota to amend staff roles.
