A Director/Head of Production is the leader of Production Department and have the duty to turn ideas
into reality. This role oversees the entire production process, ensuring the team make high-quality
products efficiently and on time. In short, Director/Head of Production keep the production process
running smoothly, which keeps the customers satisfied and the business successful.

5. Requirements & Working conditions


 Work Time: Full-time, Monday-Friday (with potential weekend or overtime required during
peak production periods).
 Means of Work: The position requires working in a brewery environment, including exposure
to cold temperatures, humidity, and loud noises. Physical demands include lifting, carrying, and
operating brewing equipment.

 Extensive knowledge of brewing theory and practices,


Knowledge including fermentation science, wort analysis, and quality
control procedures.
 Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in
the brewing industry.
 Working knowledge of brewery-specific equipment and
machinery.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and brewery-specific
software

 Minimum 5 years of experience in brewing operations,


Skill preferably in a production leadership role.
 Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage complex
production processes efficiently.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership
skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and
resolve production issues.
 Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
