About Pizza Hut:
Pizza Hut is an American multinational restaurant chain and
international franchise that was founded in 1958, the chain currently
operates 17,639 restaurants worldwide as of 2020. It is owned by Yum!
Brands, Inc. In Pakistan, Pizza Hut operates as a franchise owned by
MCR (Pvt) Ltd and is based in Karachi. The first Pizza Hut outlet in
Pakistan was opened in Karachi in 1993. Being the first international
fast-food chain to enter the country, Pizza Hut played a pioneering role
in introducing pizza to the Pakistani market. At that time, the influence
of globalization in Pakistan was still emerging, making Pizza Hut a
significant player in the industry. It preceded KFC, which opened its first
franchise in Pakistan in 1997, and McDonald's, which entered the
market in 1998. Pizza hut maintain their popularity by their distinctive
feature like; all you can eat, salad bar, Ramadan deals and midnight
deals.

Weakness:

 Customer service doesn't meet expectations: Inadequate service


may lead to customer dissatisfaction and loss of business.
 Inconsistent delivery times: Delayed deliveries can result in
customer frustration and negative reviews.
 Long wait times for seating or order delivery: Lengthy waits can
deter customers and impact their dining experience.
Opportunities:
