 WHAT IS A COMPUTER?
Computer isnt what you just see. Computer is made of different
components, machines and peripherals where each machine
performs arithmetic operations automatically, and manipulate
data or information. A computer can be used for various puposes
like researching, creating projects, calling, video streaming, etc.
But this is all possible because of every single part of the computer
that is pragrammed for their unique purposes. Let’s have a look on
them.
 CPU
“CPU” stands for “Central Processing Unit”. This
is one of the core components of a computer. It
performs actins like

programs

-Manages communication with peripherals
 Motherboard
Motherboard helps different hardware
components and peripherals to communicate Mother+Board ❌
with each other. It distributes power to
components and allow data exchange.

RAM stands for Random Access Memory.
It allows instant storage to the
computer . You can access data at a
faster with its help but it RAM storage is
temporary. RAM stands for

ROM stands for Read-Only-Memory
where data is stored in a format where
one can only read through the data and
cannot write through it or make
changes.

 Hard Drive
This handles the main storage of the
computer. The data can be stored here
even when the computer is turned off.
This is where we often store all of our
Hard Driv files, documents, music, videos, etc
e because this is the main storage for the
computer.
 Moniter
Monitor is the screen of the computer. It
shows all the visual information
generated by the computer. We can see
images, text, videos, calculations and all
type of work to be seen by a human eye.

A computer keyboard is an input device
used to enter characters and functions
into the computer system by pressing
buttons, or keys. It’s primarily used to

Mouse is a device that is used for
