5. “Before we proceed with your job application, we need to inform you that, as per your profile and
department, VINCI will ask you to submit relevant professional certificates after the final interview, such as
the OSHA Safety Certificate, Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional
(PMP), etc. Professional certificates are mandatory to submit as VINCI Construction is hiring for central
government and state government projects only, and the government has made it compulsory to hold
professional certification for their contractor manpower. If you do not hold the required professional
certification, VINCI will ask you to enroll with any institute and provide them with institute enrollment
confirmation to join. If you fail to provide these certifications, your job offer will be canceled.”

CR must clarify the same kind of project specifics, such as the sort of site, area, budget, timeframe,
construction technology, and delivery outcome on which the project applicant is expected to work.
If the candidate's background is unrelated to the project PPT, react as follows: "At the time of joining and
training, you will be assigned to one of our reputable client projects, and we will discuss project specifications
with you." Though the project is similar to others you've supervised in the past, it is far greater in scope."
CR also needs to mention the proposed project details, like location, area, budget, timeline, construction
technology, and delivery outcome of the project, in the CR sheet. (20 pts)

12. What happens if I'm unable to give VINCI Construction a Professional Certification?

I can go for the required professional certification?
