Ingredients :
50 gr margarine
40 gr cooking oil
140 gr dark cooking chocolate
3 eggs
150 gr sugar
150 gr wheat flour
50 gr cocoa powder
Cheese ( Topping )
Tools :
Cutting Board
Knife
Mixer
Plate
Stainless steel cup
Steamer
Basin ( Teflon )
Step by step :
Step 1 : cut the chocolate into pieces, after cutting, put it in a stainless steel cup of
chocolate, margarine, and oil are malted by steam. Then chill at room
temperature.
Step 2 : Prepare the steamer, grease the steamer with oil or margarine, heat ± 45
minutes
Step 3 : mix eggs and sugar,I use a mixer so that the sugar dissolves easly. Mix until
the eggs are slightly pale and the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 4 : put the melted chocolate into the egg,stir until the melted. Mix normally
without a mixer.
Step 5 : enter the flour and cocoa powder by sleving it first , so that no one is lumpy
when stirred stir well
Step 6 : pour the dough into the steamer pan. Bake in the steamer for ± 30 menutes
using 175° Celsius and the temperature remaing the same.
Step 7 : take out the brownies. And finally the brownies are ready to be served.
