RE: DRAFTED INVENTORY IN RESPECT OF THE ESTATE OF THE LATE

MARIA LUWEDDE.

Upon the grant of Letters of Administration to me as an Administrator of the above

estate, several meetings were held with the beneficiaries and a proposed distribution of
the said estate, but the estate had liabilities including debts that were incurred by the
deceased before her death and expenses that were incurred during her funeral services.
That at the time when letters were issued to me as an administrator (Gerald Kyakulaga), I
received a request and a demand notice from KASI SACCO to acknowledge the
transfers that were left by the late Maria Luwedde as debts, that she acquired as loan and
she mortgaged the said properties to KASI SACCO as security, Land comprised in
Kyaggwe Block 230 plot 165 at Seeta, Mukono District, Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 123
plot 40 at Nama, Land comprised in Kyagwe Block 234 plot 120 in Mukono town to sign the
said transfers to a one Mable Kasente the second defendant in the matter.

1. The late left a number of properties in different areas these include; -

 Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 230 plot 165 at Seeta, Mukono District
 Land comprised in Kyaggwe Block 123 plot 40 at Nama
 Land comprised in Kyagwe Block 234 plot 120 in Mukono town
 Seven apartments built on a plot of land in Jinja City
 Undeveloped land at Kyamugorani in Mbarara District.
 2. That the deceased Maria Luwedde left 6 children as mentioned below; -
 Monalisa Kyakulaga aged 29 years old (daughter
 Gerald Kyakulaga aged 28 years old (son),
 Godfrey Kyakulaga aged 25 years old (son),
 Maria Kyakulaga aged 23 years old (daughter),
 Ttendo Kyakulaga aged 15 years old (daughter)
 Kisakye Kyakulaga, aged 13 years old (daughter).

The Administrator is hereby in return of this drafted inventory to confirm the distribution
and liabilities that need to be carried on the estate of the late Maria luwedde.
