when I say "you must form a bias" it doesnt just mean a simplistic approach to a range
and expecting a buy (thats good but its the beginning), its about follow and putting
together a story about what price did and how it moved, and using that to look ahead 1
month, 6 months, 1 year, 10 years into the future and compose trade ideas (as low as
you may want to go) with the over all orderflow in mind.

understand your monthly, youll understand your daily, understand the daily, youll expect
an hourly, understand the hourly you can expect the 15 minutes, expect the 15minutes you
can expect the 1-5 min, expect the 1-5 you can expect the seconds, and so on. the market is
fractal to its last point, and the 6 month chart influences the seconds chart, this is the key to
orderflow.

the market moves in ranges between 1. outer liquidations (BOS) (the x in the
image) and 2. inner mitigations (SnD mitigation) (the ticks in the image) - that
understanding can formulate an entire expectation in price from the highest to the
lowest timeframe.

As you'll all come to understand or already do, journaling will play a vital role in building the
confidence you need to execute on your own and giving you the perspective of what "net
positive" really means at the end of a day, a week, or a month. Journaling will aid in showing
you what you're capable of and how many opportunities can amount to "net positivity" by
allowing you to see how the -1's (losses) are just mini cherries on top of the +5 +6 +3 +50 and
more RR trades you'll be able to catch. Here is an extremely simple, yet efficient journal to aid in
your journey, make a row green to show end of day, make a row purple to show end of week,
and feel free to add extra columns or row's as you see fit. To edit and use the journal below,

Part of this section is also understanding WHEN to be on the sidelines and WHY we are on the
sidelines. Since you've worked through all the content in the 3 sections, you should make sure
to work through ALL the webinar-recordings , however, you'll find an important rule we live and
trade by at mentfx to revolve under the following premise: Structure > SnD > Wyckoff.
Understanding this means you have a solid grasp of the fact that wyckoff without a zone -
doesn't matter. A zone without supporting structure - doesn't matter. A entry with just structure
and a lack of a zone and confirm (wyckoff) - doesn't matter. These specific ways of thinking are
what keep you out of trades like this that "look like wyckoff" but have no bearing under the entry
criteria and thought process we USE:

a zone can be refined to the unmitigated zones within it, a unmitigated zone has its own
mitigated and unmitigated zones within it, a mitigated zone may have unmitigated zones within
it, a MB is its own unmitigated zone

1. 1. htf MB or double MB structure 2. MB refinement/SnD refinement 3.

LTF MB or double MB structure within "1" range 4. SnD refinements of current
range 5. wait for zone or trade to zone of the LTF range within the HTF range
by repeating rule "3. and 4." 6. if price in SnD as part of some range, double MB
confirm. 7. BE after MB created above double MB/manage with new MB's 8.
partial at 1:10 then at structural points as part of the LTF range and HTF range
defined in "1. and 3."

 just remember theres a LOT more that goes in from a perspective of dealing with ur
psychology, understanding the math, what kind of zones ur using, how ur layering
those other ranges within larger ranges and tying those with MB's, how you view
MB's, but if you follow the course and do what I teach you in the-process ull be
surprised what you can achieve

outside bar validates what is constituted as a MB for me. if a pullback is made up of inside bars
or wicks its not valid for me - but this still means it can be valid for you - it just means you NEED
to refine and EXPERIENCE your system over and over and over again.
