Live Streaming, Recordings and Photographs may be made during

this act organized by INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA S.L. and IE
UNIVERSIDAD (hereinafter, together, “IE”).

Through your participation in it, you expressly authorize IE to make

such streaming live and to capture your image and/or voice through
audiovisual recordings or photographs, as well as their distribution
and public communication for academic purposes or dissemination of
our activities or of the sponsors of the act by any means or manner,
including the Internet and social networks, both in Spain and abroad.
When your appearance in the recordings and/or images, as
audience assistant, is merely incidental, IE will process your image
based on their legitimate interest in communicating their activities or
that of their sponsors.
IE will securely store the personal data obtained from these
recordings. You may exercise your rights of access, erasure,
restriction and portability, as well as to withdraw your consent
granted by email addressed to soportededatos@ie.edu.
You may contact the data protection officer of IE, whose contact
details are DataPrivacyOffice@ie.edu. Likewise you may file a
complaint to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at the
address indicated by it at any time, if you consider IE has violated the
rights which are recognized in the applicable data protection
regulation.
