Symptom
Output in a delivery sends an email to only one recipient.
Output only sends email to the default recipient maintained in the customer master.
It is not possible to send emails to multiple recipients using medium 5 (external send).

Reproducing the Issue

1. In the customer master, there are more than 1 email addresses maintained for this customer:

2. An output (with a transmission medium = "5 External Send") that is used to send an email to a partner is determined in a
delivery:
3. When the output is processed, an email is sent to the address that is maintained as the "Standard Number", but an email is
not sent to the other email addresses.

Cause
System is designed to just send one email for transmission medium "5 External Send"

Resolution
The described behaviour is the standard system design.
There are 2 possible workarounds:
1. Use medium 7 (SAPoffice) to send a document to a list of recipients:
a) In transaction V/34, create an output type with transmission type = "7 Simple Mail":

b) Ensure that the output is assigned to the relevant output determination procedure:
> SPRO
> Logistics Execution
> Shipping
> Basic Shipping Functions
> Output Control
> Output Determination
> Maintain Output Determination for [Outbound Deliveries] [Inbound Deliveries] [Handling Units]
[Groups]
> Maintain Output Determination Procedure
c) In the condition records (transaction VV21 / VV22), maintain the multiple email addresses in the "Communication"
section:

2. Create several partner roles, each partner with their own email-address (See note 960088, Q4)
