 Hector- I'd like to reconfirm my plane reservation.

 Yulissa - What flight are you taking?

 Hector - Flight 128

 Yulissa - And your name, please?

 Héctor – Héctor Osorio.

 Yulissa - Yes, sir. You're booked on Flight 10:30. Please check in at the
airport an hour before flight time.

 Hector: ok I will do it

 Yulissa: Have a good flight

 Hector - Thank you so much

 Yulissa- You're welcome

Axel And Sol

A Check-in Agent and A Passenger

 Axel: Good afternoon, where are you flying to?

 Sol: Good afternoon. I am flying to San Francisco.

 Axel: Do you have your tickets?

 Sol: Here is my ticket.

 Axel: How many people are travelling?

 Sol: It's my son and I, he is under two years old.

 Axel: Can I have your passports and I will need to see his birth certificate to
prove that he is under two years of age.

 Sol: Sure. Here they are.

 Axel: Would you like a window or an aisle seat?

 Sol: I would be very happy If we can get an aisle seat. I may have to walk him
around if he gets bored.

 Axel: Alright, I'll put you near the restrooms too.

 Sol: Wonderful, thanks. Is it possible to check in the stroller?

 Axel: Sure, are you checking in any bags?

 Sol: Yes, this suitcase and my backpack.

 Axel: Let's put them on the scale, one at a time, please.


 Sol: Sure. And by the way, I have a layover in London. Do I have to pick up
my luggage there?

 Axel: No, you will pick them up in San Francisco. Here is your boarding pass.
You are all set. Be at the gate at least 45 minutes prior to the departure time.

 Sol: Thank you for your help, have a good day.

 Axel : Thank you, have a nice flight.

 Marieli (Officer): Good morning young lady

 Paula (passenger): Good morning, Officer

 Marieli: Can you please show me the boarding pass and your passport.

 Paula: Yes Sure

 Marieli: Where are you from?

 Paula: I'm from Honduras.

 Marieli: Where are you going

 Paula:I Wanna go to Italy Roma.

 Marieli: How much luggage do you bring.

 Paula: I only have two suitcases

 Marieli: Very good have a good trip

 Paula: Thank you so much

Angel And Inkerin

On the plane

 Inkerin : Can I sit by the window?

 Ángel : Sure, go ahead. Is this your first time flying?

 Inkerin: No, but I always get excited as if it were. And you? Do you work as a
flight attendant often?

 Angel: Yes, I love traveling and meeting new people on every flight.

 inkerin: I am studying architecture. I would love to start my own business one


day.

 Angel: Have you considered how technology could influence your career?

 inkerin: Yes, I am constantly looking for ways to integrate technology into


architectural design to make it more efficient and sustainable.

 Sissi (Customs): May I see your Passport, please?

 Aleyda: Sure, here it is.

 Sissi: Where do you come from?

 Aleyda: From Honduras

 Sissi: What is the purpose of your visit?

 Aleyda: I’m here on vacation

 Sissi: How long are you planning to stay?

 Aleyda: Two months

 Sissi: Have you ever been to Spain before?

 Aleyda: Yes, this is my second time

 Sissi: Where will you be staying?

 Aleyda: At a cousin’s apartment.

 Sissi: How much currency are you carrying with you?

 Aleyda: I have one thousand dollars.

 Sissi: Do you have anything to declare?

 Aleyda: No, I don’t.

 Sissi: who packed your bag?

 Aleyda: I did

 Sissi: Have a nice day, enjoy your stay in Europe.
