How to Sign-up or Register an Account

Before you start an application, open your
internet browser and go to
pcab.construction.gov.ph or
pcabgovph.com and register an account
by clicking on Sign Up button.

Licensing Portal, for first-time users only.

If you have problems with signing/logging-

in into your PCAB Online Licensing Portal
account, kindly contact us on
pcab@construction.gov.ph

Please use only one official email address

for filing of PCAB applications to avoid
problems in your succeeding applications.

This should be based on what is
written in your DTI Business Name
Registration or SEC Registration

Please make sure that this email is

valid. Also, please note that you
may no longer change this after
registration

In the sign up page,

fill in the necessary
information; once
done, please click on
Submit button

Select, highlight and copy the code

Paste or enter the verification

code

Once done, click on Submit

button to proceed

Once done signing-up, enter your existing
credentials and click on Login button.
