Introduction:
Cleanliness and sanitation are important aspects of food preparations. Microorganisms can
develop on unsanitary surfaces and then contaminate food, thus maintaining a clean kitchen
work environment is critical in preventing foodborne diseases. Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen
premises also ensure that clean food preparation is carried out in order to improve kitchen
