Subject: Official Report on Relocation Survey of Parcels of Land in Navalan, Tukuran,
Zamboanga del Sur

I hope this letter finds you in good health and spirits. I, Engr. Arthur Vincent L. Cabatingan,
representing Cabatingan Land Surveying Services, am writing to provide an official report
regarding our recent endeavor to relocate two parcels of land situated in Navalan, Tukuran,
Zamboanga del Sur.

On February 26, 2024, our team embarked on the task of relocating Lot F-097330-000456 and
Lot F-097330-000457. These parcels of land presented a unique challenge as they were found
to have erroneous tie lines, resulting in a discrepancy between their projected positions on
maps issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and their actual
ground locations.

This discrepancy has raised concerns regarding potential overlaps with adjacent lots,
specifically Lot F-09-097330-001572, and the lot currently occupied by the CAFGU Detachment.
Understanding the gravity of the situation, we acknowledge the necessity for further research
and coordination with fellow Geodetic Engineers. Additionally, we recognize the imperative for a
joint survey to ensure accurate delineation and resolution of boundary issues.

In light of these circumstances, we are committed to conducting thorough investigations and

collaborating closely with relevant owners to address the discrepancies and ensure the integrity
of land boundaries in the area. Our objective remains steadfast in facilitating a comprehensive
and equitable resolution that upholds the principles of land surveying and property rights.
