1. Tell me about yourself?

I am Cristian Q. Burtanog, 19 years of age and is currently residing at
Purok Banikanhon, San Roque, San Isidro, Davao Oriental. I am the
youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Genesis M. Burtanog and one of my
hobbies are watching movies, playing mobile legends and I like to play
basketball especially when I am with my friends, during vacation we
used to play every afternoon, and it’s one of my favorite thing to do
when I am not in a mood, because playing with them makes me feel
happy and alive. I also loves to cook and eat. And I believe that I am
the friendly type of person, I actually make friends easily, because I
love to socialize with new people. That’s why I choose this course for
believe, that in business it is full of socialization.

2. How do you handle conflict?

Growing up my parents always taught me on how to handle and decide
for my own but, still with their guidance. As we all know, conflict is a natural
part of us humans, arising from our differences in opinions, values, or
interests; and as a person the way we handle conflicts can significantly impact
our relationship to others, and the outcomes of the said conflicts. And the way
I handle conflicts or before I go through conflict, is I understand first what was
going on, because understanding what was happening is a crucial in resolving
conflict, another important part of handling conflict is listening actively, for I
believe that when you try to listen carefully you will see the positivity amidst
the situation that is full of negativity. Lastly, in everything that has happened
or everything that I encountered I always ask guidance and wisdom to our
Almighty God for in him everything is possible.
