you will find that they are built in Suzhou China
Who is the target market? The target market is for anyone who uses a laptop for school or work
or for internet browsing. Usually, the age is 20-50 and people who have high earning that can
afford it. Working professionals, executives and students use it the most.
What is the GDP and median income for the place it was made? China GDP is 17.96 trillion
USD as of 2022. The median salary in China is 26,800 Yuan (USD 3,855) a month and means
half of the population draws an average income less than the median salary. Jiangsu: Suzhou
data was reported at 2,465.337 RMB bn in 2023.

The China Labor Watch report mentioned that Apple was exploiting “Chinese workers in part to
absorb costs associated with tariffs placed on its products. “Apple is now transferring costs from
the trade war through their suppliers to workers and profiting from the exploitation of Chinese

How would you calculate the difference between value of it and its cost?
To calculate cost it is producing or acquiring a product and value is the benefit or worth a
customer perceives in relation to the price that a person pays.
5. There is a connection between my laptop and the documentary “The True Cost”. The
documentary is about the clothing industry and the costs of fashion in our society. The
documentary shows the exploitation of the garment workers and the production process.
This is similar to how some of the things are described in China at the apple warehouse.
These sweatshops have been talked about for years. The working conditions are unsafe
and the wages are low. The China Labor Watch report accused Apple of exploiting Chinese
workers so there is parallel with this documentary. The internet has pushed humanity into a
new era of technology and information.
This has democratized the spread of knowledge and transformed the media landscape,
giving rise to online news websites, blogs, podcasts, and other forms of digital media.”
