PRINTER CONFIGURATION AND INSTALLATION PROCESS.

Copy the Required Printer and Scanner driver from below common folder to
D drive - \\10.78.12.62\Prabhakar Choudhary\PRN & SCN DRIVER\printer
1. In the Windows Search box on the taskbar, Type Printer and then select
Printers & scanners from the list of the results

2. Click on add a printer or scanner

3. See if your printer model in below window select that printer or else if
you not able to find printer name click on the printer that I want isn’t
listed

4. And then select Add printer using a TCP\IP address or hostname

5. And enter printer IP Address and click next

6. And select Printer Make & Model if found and click next.
7. If printer Make model not found, then select Have disk and map driver’s path
and then click ok and next

8. Below screen will appears and click next.

 9. Select do not share this printer and then next.

10. Printer installation/configuration completed, Click Finish.
