Hello friends and my dear teachers.

I am Sanjeth of Grade 5A.

I am going to sharing few of my thoughts which are all affecting our education now due to COVID 19
pandemic .

 Students used to have education face-to-face and now they have to participate in their classes
on online platform and take more responsibility in their learning.

 Many children rely on free or discounted meals provided at schools for food and healthy,
nutrition is comprised.
 Parents unprepared for distance and home schooling.

 Lack of access to technology or good internet connectivity is an obstacle to continued learning.

Schools are hubs of social activity and human interaction.

 Since schools are closed, many children miss out of on social contact that is essential to learning
and development.

 Conducting the classes on online platform has become a great challenge to schools and as well
to kids in adapting that mode of learning.

The kids of my age group, may face the following issues like me
 Missing the Sun in the morning which give us the required energy
 Trailing the steps to reach our class by walk where the knowledge for the day is waiting
 Awaiting to hear our teachers voice which always enrich my strength
 My foots are bored without touching our sports field
 Finally, gathering for assembly with our school mates

 At this moment I would like to quote the words said by the late His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin
Said Al Said, “Let there be learning, even under the shade of trees”. Yes, its very true that we will
ensure that our education sill continue through online platform.

Lets continue our education through online classes and a big thanks to our facilitators, teachers, IT
support and to our beloved Principal for keeping us engaged in learning.
