SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shri Pramod, S/O Shri Sundar Lal,
residing in South Delhi, India, do hereby appoint, nominate, and constitute Shri Harish,
resident of Vishnu Garden, Delhi, India, as my true and lawful Special Attorney.

WHEREAS, the Executant being unable to attend to the affairs related to my children,
who are minors and studying at Doon Global School in Dehradun, India, hereby appoint
the named Mr. Harish as his Attorney and empower him to do the following acts, and
deeds, and things:

To meet my children as and when required on my behalf, provide them with essentials
and daily needs as required by the children or as he thinks fit for their well-being and
growth. Also, to bring my children home on vacation or holidays on my behalf and
handle all financial and education matters related to them.

This power of Attorney is irrevocable. I hereby ratify and confirm that all actions done by
my said Attorney shall be binding on me as if I had done the same personally.

AND GENERALLY TO DO all acts, deeds, and things which are not even specifically
mentioned in this deed but are deemed to be fit and necessary by my said attorney,
relating to my said Children.

AND I THE EXECUTANT, do hereby specifically mention that the acts, deeds, and
things done or to be done by my said attorney, by this general power of attorney, in
respect of my said Children be construed as acts, deeds, and things done by me.

Attorney on this 23rd day of March 2024 in Delhi in the presence of the following
