Complete the gaps by adding the appropriate affix to the base word(s) given in bold at the end.
Then, transfer your answers to the chart indicating if the resulting word is a noun (N), a verb
(V), an adjective (Adj) or an adverb (Adv). Next, say the number of morphemes in the word;
then decide whether the morphemes are derivational (D), inflectional (I), both (B) or neither of
them (N).

The European Union

After World War II, The European Coal and Steel Community began to unite European countries
