URGENT MEMORANDUM

TO: ALL PROVINCIAL AND HUC DIRECTORS

SUBJECT: NATIONWIDE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BARANGAY

ROAD CLEARING OPERATIONS, ASSESSMENT,
VALIDATION, AND RECOGNITION UNDER THE BAGONG
PILIPINAS PROGRAM

Herewith is the Memorandum Circular No. 2024-053 dated April 16, 2024
signed by Atty. Benjamin C. Abalos, Jr., Secretary of the Interior and Local
Government, regarding the above-mentioned subject.

In view thereof, please enjoin all local officials concerned to ensure the strict
implementation of Barangay Road Clearing Operations (BaRCO) and adhere with
the provisions of this MC.

Moreover, you are enjoined to monitor the compliance of the LGUs, create the
composite validation and assessment task teams (CVATT) at the Provincial, City and
Municipal levels, and facilitate the timely submission of reports through
https://bit.ly/R3BaRCO2024. Below is the new schedule of submission of reports for
your reference:
