The School-Based Management (SBM) Framework, as outlined in DepEd Order No. 8,

emphasizes the importance of involving stakeholders in school governance. Mass inductions
align with this framework by actively engaging students, parents, and community leaders in
school affairs.

Inductions serve as a practical way to engage students, parents, and community

members in the civic and educational affairs of the school. This aligns also with the
constitutional mandate to involve citizens in public and civic affairs, as stated in Article II,
Section XIII of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.

This event extends beyond the youth to encompass all stakeholders, particularly the
parents-teachers association (PTA). It serves as a formal recognition of the leadership roles
held by officers within the school community. By doing so, the school expresses its
appreciation for their willingness to shoulder responsibilities and contribute to the school's
betterment.

The Mass Induction event symbolizes the officers' commitment and accountability to
their roles. Through the oath-taking ceremony, officers publicly declare their dedication to
serving their fellow students and the school community. This formal act not only establishes
a sense of duty but also serves as a constant reminder of their responsibilities throughout
the academic year.

Furthermore, this event promotes a culture of involvement, empowerment, and

engagement within the school. It unites students, parents, teachers, and the administration,
emphasizing the collective effort required for effective leadership and positive change. By
showcasing the officers and their induction, it strengthens the bonds within the school
community, highlighting the significance of collaboration and cooperation in achieving the
school's goals.
