Phase I in your region/division?

2. Were you able to conduct/attend an

orientation regarding the conduct of
the PPA V prior to your
implementation? If yes, when? If no,

by the region/division in-charge of
ALS regarding some issues and
concerns that araised during your
implementation of the PPA phases
(Phase I, II, III, and IV)? (Included in
the sharing SHOULD be issues and
concerns of implementers and how
they resolved it. If it is not yet resolved
during the conduct of the FGD, note it
and discuss it later with BAE on how
it can be resolved - you may help them
resolve it right then and there only if
solution that will be "offered" has
basis/agreed upon by the SVEPS,
Chiefs, and Directors.)
