I would like to apply for Family Reunion Visa as Iam married to Yeesakonu Sivasai Prasad who is living in
Germany. He is having permit of residence there. My marraige was happened on 24.11.2023

To facilitate the process easier, i have attached following doccuments

· Checklist of required Documents

· Valid Passport

· Duly signed application form

· Personal cover letter, which is explaining my purpose to go to germany

· My work and Experience doccuments

· Photocopy of all pages of my Passport

· Certificate of residence('Meldebescheinigung') of my husband living in Germany

· Copy of spouse residence permit

· Copy of all the pages of my spouse passport(A4 size copy)

· Marraige Certificate as Proof of marraige

· Photographs of all the essential rites which have been performed in Marraige

· Birth certificate

· Matriculation certificate

· My proof of residence in India(Aadhar card)

· My academic degree certificate

 · Copy of the valid employment contract and salary slips of the last three months of my husband

· 4 passport pictures according to biometric specifications

· Demand draft for verification of documents
