submission of necessary documentary evidence(s) at SFC.

CORRECTION(S), IF ANY, THE e-REQUEST FOR THE SAME SHOULD BE GENERATED BY THE
CONCERNED STUDENT WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER END OF EXAMINATION.
