SUBJECT: URGENT NOTICE REGARDING WITHHELD RESULTS AND BALANCE CLEARANCE

Reference is made to the subject captioned above.

We wish to address a matter of immediate concern for students whose results are currently withheld due to
delayed clearance of outstanding balances.
If you have recently cleared your balances but the payment is not reflecting on your student portal, we urge
you to visit the Student Finance Office at the Great East Road Campus promptly. The staff at the office will
assist you in resolving this issue to ensure that your results are released without further delay.
For those students with no balance reflecting on their portals and still facing result withholding, we kindly
request you to send your details to the following WhatsApp number: +260761788323. Include your full name,
student ID, and a brief description of the issue. Dabwitso Silungwe, the UNZASOHSSA Publicity and Information
Secretary, will be coordinating the resolution process.
Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the timely
release of your results.
