Having examined the Tender Documents, including the General Instructions to the Bidders,
Particular Instructions to Bidders, Contract Agreement, General Conditions, Particular Conditions,
Scope of Work and Technical Specification including in particular the standards, codes and
specifications, the drawings and having fully satisfied ourselves as to the nature, location and extent
of the Works:

1. We, the undersigned, offer to perform the whole of the Works in strict conformity with the
requirements of the Tender Documents, for the Contract Price of Kuwaiti

2. We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to complete the whole said Works within the period
stated in clause 42 of the Particular Conditions of Contract.
3. We agree to abide by this Bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the Bid closing date or
any extended period as mutually agreed and further agree that it shall remain binding upon
us and may be accepted at any time before the expiration of that period.
4. We understand and accept that, in the event that our Bid is accepted, we will be required
to enter into a formal agreement with the Company, which will be in the form of the Contract
Agreement forming part of the Tender Documents.
5. We declare that the rates / Lump sum price quoted by us in the Attachments to this Form
of Tender are inclusive of all costs, overhead and profits and are not subject to any
escalation during the Completion Period or during any extension thereto.
6. We understand that you are not bound to accept our Bid nor to assign any reason for its
rejection.
