STRAWBERRY BANANA NICE-CREAM

Sweet, smooth and creamy – frozen fruit tastes super delicious at the end of the day as a
bowl of banana nice-cream! Add your favourite toppings and serve. Yum!

Ingredients for STRAWBERRY BANANA NICE-CREAM

Yield: 1-2 serves
Frozen Banana Slices 1 cup
Frozen Strawberry Slices 1 cup
Medjool Dates, De-Seeded* 1 (optional)
Vanilla Protein Powder 1-2 teaspoons (optional)
Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy) 1-2 tablespoons
*or 1 teaspoon stevia or honey/maple syrup, to taste

METHOD:
1. Thaw strawberries slightly so
they are easy to blend.
2. Measure all ingredients into a
blender or food processor.
Note: This recipe can be doubled
or tripled if you are using a large
food processor.
3. Blend until smooth. Add a
splash of milk to make it thinner if
required.
4. Add toppings (if desired) and
serve immediately.
Note: If you freeze this again, ice
crystals will form, so blend well
before serving. Actually, if you
can wait, freezing and blending
(two or three times) will result in a
super creamy, fluffier textured
nice-cream.
