CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
Talent Mind Education started as a consulting and developing human resource training solutions
for organizations and businesses to improve skills and improve professional working capacity of
staff, management team management and business leadership. Talent Mind Education was
founded by a team of rich experience in corporate training, coaching, and management for many
local and foreign companies in different industries that commit to increase client’s manpower via
quality and effective human resource training & development programs.
Director: Oversee the strategic direction and management of the company. Responsible for
making high-level decisions, setting company policies, appointing senior executives (such as the
CEO), and ensuring that the company operates effectively.
Executive Management: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), is responsible for the day-to-day
operations of the company, managing specific areas of the business, such as finance, operations,
marketing, and technology.
Employees: The employees of the company form the workforce that carries out the day-to-day
tasks required for the company's operations. Employees are organized into different teams or
departments based on their roles and responsibilities. The company's success depends on the
collective efforts of its employees working together to achieve the company's goals.
