Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about a product I received from the Periplus
bookstore. I bought a novel titled “Harry Potter” there; however there are several
pages missing, and the prints overlapped on some pages. Because of these
reasons, I would like to request a replacement.

I ordered a Harry Potter novel in Shopee on March 7th . When it came, it looks fine
at first glance, only when I browse through the novel that I realized the issues
related to it. As a loyal customer of Periplus bookstore products, I trust its quality
a lot. Thus receiving one in a rough state concerns me.

I believe this situation should be put into consideration. A customer should have
received a product in a good shape. Receiving a bad one would worsen a
customer’s trust. It could also disappoint them when the product did not meet
their expectations.

I hope that through this letter a replacement would be expected. I simply wish for
a replacement product to come safely. I’m afraid that if there is no response in
the next 24 hours, I would have to look somewhere else to buy my books.
