1.1 Introduction

When cleaning garments using air gun was difficult to handle both garment and
air gun by single person. This process also time taken is comparatively longer.
To make the task easier automated development was done.

1.2 Proposed method.

The proposed machine automatically turns on when the garment takes closer to
the air exhaust. Its also can be operated manually by a foot pedal. This machine
will reduce the handling time of that operation.

1.3 Benefits
 Reduce operator handling time.

1.4 Time line

Considering the machining operations, programming and other it would take

approximately 7 days to complete.
