1.1 Introduction

In this process, the employer should insert the cord into to trousers manually. An experienced worker is
required to perform this operation and the time taken for the process is relatively long. The machine has
been designed considering all the reasons.

1.2 Proposed method

With the proposed improved machine no need to enter the draw cord full round of trousers manually, it
is enough to insert the draw cord on the waistband whole. After that, the cord automatically inserts
around the waistband using the Auto Cord Inset Machine. There is a foot pedal to control the cord insert
process.
