Today is my first time to begin the first time most of the day I am
Observing the type of Laboratory’s work that teacher is working on
nad the place where I am observing is at the Department of
Biochemistry Mostly type of the laboratory’s lab work the senior who
currently graduated the master degree is in charge.He give me a tour
of the Department of Biochemistry and Told me everything about the
lab’s intruments what did they do and how’s it use to the sample and
he taught me about the caution while doing the laboratory work
He is showing me the lab work the work that he showed me was
changing the cell culture medium

I learn about how the dangerous while doing the laboratory’s work
and the caution and the protection always must know while doing the
lab’s work prevent the accident and the contamination from the
outside factor and the contamination

What I just learned today it was very helpful for teaching and
managing the laboratory instrument’s cost.I am observed the senior’s
discussion about the cell’s culture result step by step and help the
senior measuring the length and width of the table for place the
laboratory experiment and manage the space for the placement of
things including the laboratory instrument and stuff. Finally the senior
had recommended me the reliable website which is very useful and
hekpful to reference the research or writing the laboratory protocol
The disscussion about the laboratory’s result and from my observed
when the senior is doing a lab work he always teachs me Thinking
step by step every steps in the experiment has their own consequences
Why we do that we need to know and what happened after that in
every steps in the experiment So the lab’s work always must do in
“System thinking” know what are you doing
All the experiment in the school is the great example or you could
it’s the key of all the experiment room why is that because the
experiment the cost of doing sometimes is high and some the
experiment quite dangerous for health the mistake while doing the
experiment is quite dangerous from aseptic technique or using the
wrong chemical substances.The teacher must obeserves and take care
the student carefully while doing the every experiment.In conclusion
The teacher must has the “Scientific skill” which is crucial for the
teacher to solving the peroblem in the experiment or giving the
instruction to the student told them every steps what and why we do
that what’s the consequences.
