SECTION-A(2 MARKS)
1. Write the statement of converse of mid point theorem.
2. The angles of quadrilateral are 109° , 82° ,68° find the measure of fourth angle.
3. If volume of cuboid is 512 cm3 then, find curve surface area.
4. Surface area of sphere 576π cm2 .find the volume.
SECTION-B(3 MARKS)
1. A school provides milk to the students daily in a cylindrical glasses of diameter 7 centimetre if the glass is filled
with milk up to an height of 12 centimetre find how many litres of milk is needed to serve 1600 students.
2. Find volume of cone having base radius 35cm and height 12 cm.
3. ABCD is parallelogram in which E and F are mid points of sides AB and CD respectively. Prove that line segment
CE and AF trisect the diagonal BD.
4. A hemisphere of lead 9 cm radius cast into right circular cone of height 72 cm. find radius of base of cone.
SECTION-C(4 MARKS)
1. ABC is ∆ right angled at C. A line through the mid point M of hypotaneous AB and ||BC intersect at AC at D.
Show that
a) D is the mid point of AC
b) MD AC
c) CM=MA= ½ AB
2. If diagonal of parallelogram bisects one of its angle. Show that it is a rhombus.
3. A cylindrical roller 2.5m in length, 1.75m in radius when rolled on a road was found to cover the area of 5500
cm2. How many revolutions did it make?

CASE STUDY
1. Mr. Kumar, a Mathematics teacher brings some green coloured clay in the classroom to teach the topic
'mensuration'. First, he forms a cylinder of radius 6 cm and height 8 cm with the clay. Then, he moulds that cylinder
into a sphere similarly, he moulds the sphere in other different shapes. Answer the following questions:
