Last Will and Testament of Mr.

Charles Grover
I, Mr. Charles , a resident of 802 concannon st Moberly, Mo 65270 , declare this to
be my last will and codicils made by me either jointly or severally. Being of sound
mind, not acting under duress or undue influence, and fully understanding the
nature and extent of all my property and of this disposition thereof, hereby make,
publish, and declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament (“Will”), and
hereby absolutely revoke any and all other wills and amendments previously made
by me.

Declarations
Sandra and Partner is entitle to inherit my Four houses including , 5761 Highway M,
Moberly Moberly MO 65270 , 424 Corinth Dr, Moberly, MO 65270 , 404 S 4th St,
Moberly, MO 65270 and 12509 Westham Way, El Paso, TX 79928. Also my 180 Acres
of Agricultural Land in Rolla, MO 65401. Also my orthopedic company should be
added.
All this asset owned by me are self-acquired properties. No one else has any right or
interest, claim or demand on this asset. Therefore, my business account with Chase
Bank is to be managed by Priscilla Wilson and my house keep account with Chase
Bank is to be managed by my dear Sandra Grover.

Expenses and Taxes

My Personal Representative shall pay out of my estate any and all estate and
inheritance taxes payable by reason of my death in respect of all items included in
the computation of such taxes, whether passing under this Will or otherwise. My
Personal Representative shall pay these taxes as if such taxes were my debts without
recovery of any part of such tax payments from anyone who receives any item
included in such computation.

Omission
Except to the extent that I have included them in this Will, I have intentionally, and
not as a result of any mistake or inadvertence, omitted in this Will to provide for any
family member not mentioned in this Will.
Governing law
This This document shall be governed by the laws of document shall be governed by
the laws of the Williams Law Firms ( LLC ).

Binding Arrangements
I, Mabel Duff a lawyer of Williams law firms do solemnly declare and affirm under
the penalties of perjury that I sign and execute this instrument as my last Will, that
the contents of the foregoing document are true and correct to the best of my
knowledge, information, and belief, that I sign it willingly in the presence of each of
the undersigned witnesses, and that I execute it as my free and voluntary act for the
purposes herein expressed, on 21/01/ 2016 .
Testator Signature

On 21st January, 2016 the foregoing instrument was subscribed on each page and at
the end thereof by Mr Charles Grover the Testator, and by him signed, sealed,
published and declared to be his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us and
each of us, who thereupon, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of
each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses thereto.
