Subject: APPLICATION FOR MANUAL WAIVER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally apply for manual waiver while waiting for my resident permit. I will be staying
with my son Thomas Ncube in Boseja ward lot 7001 in Mmankgodi. My name is Elizabeth Sibanda, and I
am reaching out to seek your understanding and support in this matter.

The reason for my request stems from my old age and the lack of adequate care and support available
to me back home in Zimbabwe. Unfortunately, there is no one in Zimbabwe who can stay with me or
take care of my well-being. This situation has led me to seek the companionship and care of my son,
Thomas Ncube, who is willing and able to provide for me both financially and emotionally.

Thomas Ncube has assured me of his commitment to ensuring my well-being and comfort during my
stay in Botswana. He is prepared to take on the responsibility of providing for my needs and ensuring
that I receive the care and attention necessary for someone in my situation.

I sincerely hope that you will consider my request favourably and grant me permission to stay in
Botswana with my son, Thomas Ncube. Your assistance in this matter would mean a great deal to me
and would significantly improve my quality of life.
