To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure that I can write this letter of support for Alaina Alberico.

Alaina was a student in my Business of Sports course, Fall 2022 where we analyzed and critiqued sports teams and
organization throughout the semester regarding operations and team management. Alaina was also required to work
in a group setting to create marketing events for a professional team as well as a marketing plan. During that time, I
observed Alaina’s ability to understand and articulate various creative strategies to be used in professional settings.

Alaina articulates her ideas well. She is a good problem solver and leader. Alaina works well in group settings as
she listens to group members.

Alaina applied for and was awarded a spot in my Marketing in Europe: Paris course during winter semester. In this
course, along with 25 students we traveled to Paris, France for 10 days where we met with CEO and marketing
professionals from companies like WPP, one of the world’s largest communications/advertising firms who works
with clients like Chanel, Burger King, Nestle and so many more. We met with the CEO of Ykone the influencer
marketing agency who works with Gucci, L’Oréal, Nespresso, Shiseido, Armani, Land Rover, Moët & Chandon.
Alaina was able to speak with network with Olivier Billion and ask questions to gain a better understanding of the
organization. During the intense 10-day program Alaina used her research and presentation skills to provide
information to her colleagues regarding Paris 2024 and the Marketing team of the 2024 Olympics that we also met
with. I observed Alaina step out of her comfort zone during this time. She traveled with a group of students where
she did not know any of the students. She did not speak the language, but that did not stop her from taking the
opportunity to be part of this course.

Alaina will be a great asset to any organization that she is part of. She is always willing to learn new things and
broaden her scope of the industry. It is for these reasons, that I fully support Alania Alberico as she builds her
career.

Should you need more information regarding Alaina Alberico, please feel free to contact me.

Sincerely,
