V. OBJECTIVES OF PROJECT:

The main goal of the project is to give warm clothes to underprivileged

children in Barangay 171 Caloocan City. By collecting and donating

clothes, the project wants to make sure these children have the right

clothes for all seasons. Also, the project aims to improve the well-being of

these children by meeting their clothing needs. Engaging the local

community is also important, as the project wants to involve local

residents and make them aware of how important clothing is for children's

welfare.
In addition to distributing warm clothes, the project emphasizes

community engagement. It seeks to involve local residents in this

endeavor, raising awareness about the significance of adequate clothing

for the welfare of children. By fostering a sense of collective responsibility

and action, the project intends to create a more compassionate and

supportive environment for underprivileged children in the community.

VI. PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The project aims to help underprivileged children by collecting and giving

out clothes to make sure they have the right clothes for every season. It

will work with local organizations, schools, and businesses to create

collection points and raise awareness about the importance of proper

clothing for children. The main focus will be on collecting new or gently

used clothes for the children in selected locations with an emphasis on

durability and suitability for different weather conditions.

VII. METHODOLOGY:

The project's approach will involve several important steps.

A. it will conduct a needs assessment to identify the specific clothing

requirements of children in different age groups. Then, the project will

focus on working together with local organizations, schools, and

businesses to create collection points and raise awareness about the

initiative.

B. It will also prioritize publicity and outreach, using channels like social

media and community events to promote the clothing drive and to

C. After receiving donations, group members will be coordinated to seek

help from the barangay officials to ensure they are properly distributed to

children in need through established channels. Additionally, the project

will regularly assess its impact by gathering feedback from beneficiaries

and community to make necessary improvements.

VIII. DETAILED BUDGETARY REQUIREMENTS

The estimated budget for this project is 5,000 pesos

IX. DETAILED SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:

In week 1 we will submit our project proposal to the barangay official to

help us conduct our operation and advertise our project and after that, we

will select a venue when the donations will be collected.

On week 2 we will start to distribute the donations in selected areas that

have a high number of privileged children.

On week 3 after we distribute the donations we will gather feedback and

documentation we capture on the day of the event.
