TO SEARCH AND MAKE RESERVATION OF
PRACTICE PLACEMENT FOR SPRING 2021

Syksyn 2020 harjoittelupaikkoja voi edelleen varata, huomioi kuitenkin

mahdolliset poikkeukset harjoittelupaikkojen varauksissa.

Kevään 2021 harjoittelupaikkojen varaus järjestetään seuraavasti:

28.10.2020 klo 9 avautuu pääkaupunkiseudun ammattikorkeakoulujen (Arcada,

Diak, Laurea ja Metropolia) opiskelijoille ne pääkaupunkiseudun paikat joissa
vain nämä koulut tai jotkut näistä on valittu ensisijaisiksi. Mikäli ensisijaisena
kouluna on jokin muu ammattikorkeakoulu näiden lisäksi, se ei kuulu tähän
hakuajankohtaan.

28.10.2020 klo 12 haku avautuu muun Suomen ammattikorkeakoulujen

opiskelijoille oman alueen paikkoihin sekä niihin harjoittelupaikkoihin,
joissa on pääkaupunkiseudun ammattikorkeakoulujen lisäksi jokin muu
ammattikorkeakoulu.

24.11.2020 klo 9 kaikki Suomen harjoittelupaikat ovat kaikkien opiskelijoiden

varattavissa.

Harjoittelupaikkailmoitusten tulee olla Jobiilissa viimeistään 14.10.2020.

 SEARCHING FOR PRACTICE
PLACEMENTS
1. In the top menu → select ”Practice placements”

2. Select the mandatory information required for a search;

→ Degree title and practice classification

3. You can select either one or several voluntary criteria

4. Click on ”Search”

5. The search results are displayed in a table

6. Check out more detailed information on the practice placement, click

on the name of the organization

→ You can save practice placement in your favorites by clicking on the

star in the ”Add to favorites” column
 RESERVING A PRACTICE PLACEMENT
1. Click on the name (column heading) of unit/organization in
the search results to open the details of the practice
placement
2. Read the practice placements details carefully (description of
the practice placement and the student requirements; notice
e.g text: ”intended to students in the later stages of their
studies”)
3. The table shows available weeks in green and reserved
weeks in gray
4. Select the weeks you want by clicking on relevant boxes
indicating weeks (Note the minimum number of weeks)
5. Select practice classification
6. Click on ”Make reservation”
→ Your reservation on the field is yellow
→ Its means that it is unconfirmed
 Click the weeks you want
to reserve and choose the
classification of your
practice
7. An e-mail of your reservation is sent to your group`s
teacher → who will confirm, edit or cancel your reservation
– Remember: You cannot start the practice until it
has been confirmed
– An approved practice is displayed in darker green
EDITING OR CANCELLING A PRACTICE
PLACEMENT RESERVATION

• You can edit an approved reservation (add or cancel

weeks)
– Cancel an unconfirmed reservation by clicking on
”Cancel reservation” => After that you can make a
new reservation on the same weeks, if you like

• When the teacher has confirmed your reservation, you

can no longer cancel or edit it by yourself.
