Q1. The Company has 10 lakh equity shares. Current market price is 400. Company wants to
buy back 1 lakh shares what should be the buyback price.

and market price of Rs. 15 per share (i) what repurchase price would you suggested so that

buyback price ? (iii) What would happen if the price offered is above or below this price?
