I. Appointment of SK Secretary and Treasurer

SK Chairman, John Christian Salvador opened the topic about the Appointment of
SK Secretary and Treasurer. The body unanimously agreed that John Cris Gumabun will
be appointed as SK Secretary and Tricia Marie Carreon will be the SK Treasurer.

II. Presentation of House Rules

SK Chairman, John Christian Salvador gave copies of the house rules to every
member, he asked the SK Secretary to read the rules for everyone then discussed it. One
rule included is the penalties for absences and tardiness wherein:
Penalty for absent is (200 Pesos)
Penalty for late is (100 Pesos)

III. December League

SK Chairman, John Christian Salvador started the agenda about the upcoming
Awarding for December League, the body agreed that this will be held on December 23,
2023 at Barangay Amphitheater at exactly 4:30 in the afternoon.

IV. Christmas Tree Making Competition – SK Federation

SK Chairman, John Christian Salvador opened the agenda about the on-going process
of making the Christmas Tree, he asked the full cooperation of everyone to render their
service on this process so that it will be finished on time before the date of submission.
 V. Others
SK Chairman, John Christian Salvador and SK Kagawad, Dicktador Calderon started
the agenda about the future project “Bottle-to-Print”, every member is engaged in sharing
their ideas on how to process the said project. In the end, the body agreed that there will
be a target number of bottles to be submitted before printing, wherein:
1-5 pages - 3 plastic bottles or 1 glass bottle
6-10 pages - 5 plastic bottles or 3 glass bottles
11-15 pages - 7 plastic bottles or 5 glass bottles
16-20 pages - 10 plastic bottles or 7 glass bottles
