DON’T’S
# Sugar Completely. (Sugar and its products like jaggery, honey, jam, jelly, and
sugar coated saunf ,supari or sweet paan, etc.)
In Vegetables:
- Colocasia(Arbi), Potatoes, Carrots( cooked ) , Yam(zimikand), Lotus Stem, Jackfruit
(Kathal), Peas, Sweet potatoes,Beet root ,turnip
In Fruits:
- Mangoes, Grapes, Cheeku , Kiwi, Banana , Custard Apple ,Sarda, Muskmelon,Water
Cress (Singhara),litchi, ber , pineapple

# Aerated drinks ( not even diet coke/pepsi)
# Alcohols
# Corn flour, Baby corn, Maida, Sooji
# Packet soups (except clear vegetable soup)
# Thick tomato gravies, tomato soups & tomato sauce/ketchup
# Fruit juices (canned or fresh)
# Fried foods.
# Dals (except when told).
# No coconut milk / coconut. ( coconut water once in 10 days.)
DO’S
- Skim or single tonned milk.
- Curd or paneer made from single tonned milk .
- Can have krafts low fat cheese (that too once in a while)
- If unavoidable can take sweeteners (Maximum 1-2 tablets a day ).{ best is to avoid it}
- Use whole wheat bread ( not the white bread s)
- Can have Nutri-choice cream crackers.(4/ d)
